A Rhode Island woman arrested earlier this month was clearly not having it, appearing to roll her eyes in a mugshot released by state authorities. Coventry woman Stephanie Hopkins, 40, is accused of sending “explicit” images of a man she had once been in a relationship with to the man’s mother, police alleged. Hopkins was arrested just after 4 p.m. on New Year’s Day, the Rhode Island State Police said in a statement, obtained by Patch.
