An Olympic hopeful from Colorado is facing charges after she allegedly fatally stabbed an Uber driver 60 times with a kitchen knife inside his car. Khayla Dawson claimed she was going for a “joy ride” when she scheduled an Uber pickup with driver Jeremy Campbell on October 26, 2025, according to an arrest affidavit filed by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and viewed by Us Weekly.
