Actress Kim Delaney was granted a permanent restraining order against her estranged husband, James Morgan, over alleged harassment and abuse, Us Weekly can exclusively report. On October 9, an Atlantic County judge in New Jersey granted Delaney, 64, a restraining order against Morgan. The order instructed Morgan not to come near the actress or her homes in Marina Del Rey, California, and New Jersey.
