Kimberly Greene, the public defender taking over Nick Reiner’s case, is breaking her silence on the murder suspect’s change in counsel.
“I spoke to Mr. Reiner briefly this morning,” Greene, who was joined by Los Angeles County public defender Ricardo Garcia outside of Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, January 7, said while fielding questions after Reiner’s lawyer Alan Jackson stepped down from the murder case.
“He was understanding that there was going to be a change in counsel,” Greene continued.“We haven’t had any in-depth conversations.”
