The Real Housewives of Orange County star Katie Ginella was pulled over by police earlier this summer, Us Weekly can exclusively report. Us obtained court records revealing Ginella, 41, had an encounter with an officer on June 3. The Bravo star was ticketed for driving without a valid license and for driving while using a cell phone.
