Country singer Conner Smith was issued a misdemeanor state citation after being involved in a fatal car accident.
Multiple outlets confirmed that the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department issued the citation on Thursday, July 10, one month after the incident that resulted in the death of a 77-year-old woman named Dorothy Dobbins.
