'The Brink of War' tells story of Reagan-Gorbachev nuclear discussions

President Ronald Reagan met with Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev five times in the late 1980s. The first such meeting was in Geneva, Switzerland in November 1985 when the two leaders began to form a relationship.
