Miss Universe Fátima Bosch suddenly collapsed while riding a parade float.
Bosch attended the Fruit and Flower Festival in Ambato, Ecuador, on Sunday, February 15, and was seen standing and waving to the crowd. Bosch was wearing a mint-colored gown with a tiara on her head.
Bosch then appeared to hold a railing behind her before falling to the ground. She then stayed on her knees while a person came to speak with her. In videos of the moment shared online, the audience can be heard gasping as Bosch fell.
