A California man has been charged with the March 8 kidnapping of two UCLA students he allegedly held captive inside his car, as well as the sexual assault of a third woman during a separate incident, according to authorities.
The UCLA Police Department said in a Tuesday, March 24, news release that there may be other victims of Alexander Schecter, who “is not believed to be affiliated” with UCLA.
