Grey’s Anatomy found another way to bring up Jesse Williams’ fan-favorite character, Jackson Avery, after his surprise return earlier this season. During the Thursday, March 12, episode of the hit ABC series, Mohanty (Anita Kalathara) told Kwan (Harry Shum Jr.) that she might get to work for Jackson after she was notified that he was looking at her resume. Jackson previously returned to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital to help with a reconstructive surgery in an October 2025 episode.
