A 3-year-old girl was killed, and her pregnant mother was injured after they were hit by a 22-year-old who was street racing in Arizona. Christian Isaiah Randall was charged with second-degree murder, two counts of endangerment and two counts of aggravated assault in connection with the fatal car crash that took place on Friday, April 10, in Tucson, Arizona.
