The Australian woman who first accused luxury real estate broker Oren Alexander and his twin brother, Alon Alexander, of rape has died. Her accusation was the catalyst that inspired many other women to come forward with their own alleged experiences of sexual assault with the brothers.
Kate Whiteman died in late 2025, the Coroner’s Court of New South Wales confirmed to NBC News on Friday, January 23. The court said that her death was found to be non-suspicious.
