Severe weather, storms expected across South Alabama

According to the National Weather Service, South Alabama is expected to receive severe weather and storms over the next 48 hours. The forecast currently calls for winds that could exceed 70 mph. James Spann posted about the possible severe conditions: “HRRR continues to show elevated Significant Tornado Parameter values over extreme South Alabama and the Florida Panhandle after midnight tonight.
