President Trump issues sweeping pardon of 1,500 Jan. 6 defendants, including rioters who attacked police

Late Monday night, two brothers convicted for their roles in the attack on the U.S. Capitol were released from a DC jail, hours after the president issued the sweeping set of pardons.
