Police in New Jersey have arrested a 33-year-old chain restaurant manager who they’ve alleged provided alcohol, Adderall and marijuana vape cartridges to at least 10 minors he’s accused of grooming between 2020 and 2024. Detectives working for the Plumstead Township Police first started looking into Richard “Ricky” Brooks on April 1, after receiving a tip about him someone shared with Pennsylvania’s ChildLine, according to a press release from the police department.
