Philadelphia mom, boyfriend accused of killing her missing 4-year-old son

PHILADELPHIA (TCD) -- A 28-year-old woman and her 30-year-old boyfriend were arrested over the weekend on suspicion of killing her 4-year-old son, who remains missing. According to WCAU-TV, Damari Carter was reported missing to the Philadelphia Police Department on Dec. 30 after family members became concerned because they had not seen the boy since his birthday on Nov. 25.
