Authorities in Ohio have arrested a 41-year-old mother they allege admitted to killing her toddler daughter by placing a plastic bag over her head. Sharon Sakoulos called 911 on Wednesday, December 31, to report her daughter Cassidy, 3, was not breathing, WSYX reports.
