Mississippi man accused of fatally shooting mother of his child in front of newborn

ROBINSONVILLE, Miss. (TCD) -- A 37-year-old man stands accused of killing the mother of his child while her other kids were home, including a newborn. On Friday, Jan. 5, shortly before 10 p.m., the Tunica County Sheriff's Office received a report of a shooting after a juvenile went to a neighbor's house and said their mother had been shot. Deputies and first responders rushed to the scene at 2669 Kirby Road. Upon their arrival, deputies heard more gunshots from inside the apartment and found two other children outside.
