The male movie extra suing Mia Goth for allegedly intentionally kicking him in the face asked a judge for help getting the actress to show up for a deposition, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On Tuesday, January 6, James Hunter filed court docs demanding that Goth, 32, provide available dates for her to be deposed as part of his lawsuit.
