Kelly Osbourne is mourning the death of longtime friend and celebrity makeup artist Jasen Kaplan. “I’m devastated. I love you so much @JasenKaplan,” Osbourne, 41, wrote via her Instagram Story on Thursday, January 1. “Thank you for all the love, laughter and joy you brought [to] my life. I hope you are at peace now. Life will never be the same without you! RIP my dear friend.” Kaplan passed away in New York City on Wednesday, December 31, Page Six reported.
