Police say that a man they’ve arrested in Indiana was driving drunk and under the influence of pills when he threatened to kill another couple at a stop sign, just because their cars crossed paths on the road. Jay Messer is facing several charges following the incident, including three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, intimidation, pointing a firearm at another person, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
