ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (TCD) -- A 33-year-old man is in custody on suspicion of fatally striking his girlfriend’s husband with his truck last week. Albuquerque Police allege Christopher Facey met his married girlfriend in the parking lot of a dog park at 5700 Bogart St. NW late on Friday, Jan. 12.
