OSCEOLA, Fla. (TCN) -- A mother faces charges after allegedly holding her teen daughter's head underwater and attacking the witnesses who tried to stop her. According to a press conference held by Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez, on Nov. 20, deputies responded to a home in Poinciana, where an active disturbance was taking place. Upon their arrival, authorities arrested a suspect, Kelsey Glover.
