FINALLY: Auburn to begin selling alcohol at basketball games

For the first time in the history of Auburn University, the school has began rolling out alcohol sales at sporting events, starting with the exhibition basketball game against Auburn-Montgomery this past Wednesday at Neville Arena. Fans who would like to enjoy a beer while watching Auburn football will have to wait a little bit longer, however. For the start, alcohol sales are going to be limited to just Neville Arena, with Auburn officials stating that the plan for Jordan-Hare Stadium is to have alcohol sales in future seasons.
