(TCD) -- A 63-year-old man who is being charged with sexual assault allegedly raped a young girl in foster care thousands of times over the course of 11 years and got her pregnant when she was a teenager. Court records show Roger Barriault is charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child. He was arrested Jan. 26 and posted $200,000 bond.
