Former FBI Director James Comey arrived to federal court Wednesday morning to be arraigned on charges of alleged false statements and obstruction of a congressional proceeding.Comey has said he is innocent.The former FBI director had his first court appearance at 10 a.m. Eastern Time in the Albert V. Bryan United States Courthouse in the Eastern District of Virginia.
