The female security guard who lost her lawsuit against Cardi B over an alleged assault is demanding a retrial, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On Friday, October 31, Emani Ellis, who claimed Cardi, 33, assaulted her while she was working at a medical office on February 24, 2018, argued there was an“irregularity in the process of the court” or jury.
As Us previously reported, on September 2, following a trial, a jury found Cardi was not liable for damages. Cardi adamantly denied she assaulted Ellis.
