Billy Ray Cyrus slammed a woman’s claims that she’s Miley Cyrus’ biological mother, not Tish Cyrus. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, in May, a woman by the name of Jayme Lee alleged that she gave birth to Miley, 33, when she was 12.
