BALTIMORE (TCD) -- Police arrested a man this week on suspicion of fatally stabbing his girlfriend’s young child. On Tuesday, Jan. 23, at around 9:20 p.m., officers with the Baltimore Police Department responded to a report of a possible stabbing at a home in the 2000 block of Deering Avenue. Police found 6-year-old Seron O’Neal at the scene suffering from numerous stab wounds to the back, and he was transported to a local hospital, where he later died.
