Authorities have determined that the two girls whose bodies were discovered stuffed inside suitcases were related — and now, police have arrested a 28-year-old woman and charged her with the gruesome crime. An initial DNA analysis by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office determined the girls were half-sisters in life.
