Charlie Kirk’s accused killer, Tyler Robinson, is not due back in court until September as his preliminary hearing concludes.
State District Judge Tony Graf adjourned the hearing on Friday, July 10, after the prosecution and defense finished presenting evidence. The proceedings are now set to resume on September 1, when both sides will make their final arguments about whether Robinson, 23, should stand trial, according to AP News.
The break will allow time for attorneys to write legal briefs.
