Nearly 15 years after Michelle Parker vanished on the same day a pretaped episode of The People’s Court featuring her and her ex-fiancé aired on TV, authorities in Florida have arrested Dale Smith Jr. and charged him with her murder. Smith was taken into custody by the Orlando Police Department’s Fugitive Unit and SWAT Team on October 14, 2026, and charged with second-degree murder in connection with Parker’s 2011 disappearance.
