USA's Christian Pulisic Says He'll Be Fine After Halftime Sub
United States men's national team star Christian Pulisic said he will be "fine" after subbing out of the Americans' 2026 FIFA World Cup opener against Paraguay on Friday at Los Angeles Stadium. USA head coach Mauricio Pochettino said that taking out Pulisic was a measure of precaution. "We didn't want to take any risks," Pochettino said after the 4-1 win.
