A Tennessee man will likely spend the rest of his life in prison after he fatally shot his ex-wife as she called 911 for help. Craig Liner pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, first-degree murder in perpetration and aggravated burglary in connection with the death of Karen Liner on Monday, May 11.
