A South Carolina boutique owner accused of scamming dozens of customers has been arrested again — for the 13th time in about 2 months, according to authorities and media reports.
Pamela Brooke Schronce’s latest arrest happened in Newberry County, where she was charged with six counts of obtaining goods under false pretenses with a value of $2,000 or less, the Newberry County Sheriff’s Office said in a Monday, March 2, news release.
