SAG’s 2026 Actor Awards may have a new name, but the annual show has the same mission to celebrate actors. On Sunday, March 1, Kristen Bell served as host for the live telecast held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. “I am so thrilled to be here with all of you tonight,” Bell told the crowd. “I think the world can use some levity right now, so we’re going to keep things fun tonight.” The Actor Awards are voted on by members of the Screen Actors Guild, which placed Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another film ahead of the pack with seven nominations total.
