Bode Miller is in hot legal water.
The former Olympic alpine skier was arrested and faces two misdemeanor drug charges stemming from an alleged incident on June 6, according to court records obtained by Us Weekly. TMZ was first to report news of his arrest.
Miller, 48, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He pleaded not guilty to both charges and was released on a $5,000 bond.
Miller is due back in court on Wednesday, July 29.
