A man from Ohio has been charged in connection with the murders of his ex-girlfriend and a U.S. soldier in North Carolina. The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office said it was contacted by the Moore County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, February 14, regarding a report of a double homicide in Vass, North Carolina, according to a press release shared via Facebook.
