Two men have been arrested two months after authorities said a young mother was found shot to death inside of a car in Northern California. The woman, Kembery Chirinos-Flores, of Mountain View, who was a mother to a 5-year-old son, was killed in Sunnyvale on January 7, according to the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.
