A mother and father in Michigan have been arrested after being accused of nearly starving and torturing two of their children to death. Auturo Bazan-Perez and Dulce Crystal Bazan Castillo have both been charged with multiple counts of first-degree child abuse and child torture for the way they allegedly treated their 9-year-old and 11-year-old children.
