A Maryland man who was on his way to pick up his 7-year-old daughter from after-school care was shot to death by a driver who was trying to merge.
The Prince George’s County Police Department announced that Polo Shaw has been charged with first and second-degree murder in connection to the death of Darian Ragland. Shaw, 33, is currently being held in jail without bond.
The incident leading to the arrest took place on April 10 around 4:30 p.m. when Ragland, 39, was driving in Temple Hills, Maryland.
