The man arrested for manslaughter in connection to the death of boxer Hannah Rapp has a history of facing legal trouble for his alleged actions behind the wheel. Charles Medina is accused of fatally striking Rapp with his vehicle while she was riding her bike in College Station, Texas on Saturday, July 18. She was 26.
