The man accused of intentionally running over and killing boxer Hannah Rapp has reportedly been issued bonds set at more than $1 million. According to a Tuesday, July 28, report by CBS affiliate KBTX, Charles Medina, 31, appeared in a Texas hearing that morning where a judge set bonds for his “current case and … charges he was already out on bond for” in light of the July 18 death of Rapp. Bonds reportedly totaled $1,229,000.
