A 21-year-old man in Delta Township, Michigan, has been accused of hitting a family-of-three with his car and shooting them, killing a 3-year-old girl in the process. The Eaton County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release that the family was taking a walk on February 13 when they were struck by the car, whose driver then got out and started to shoot at the family.
