A TV show about the investigation into late billionaire sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein is reportedly in the works at Sony Pictures Television.
Variety was first to break the news in March 2026, confirming that the series would be based on Miami Herald journalist Julie K. Brown’s 2021 book Perversion of Justice: The Jeffrey Epstein Story.
Brown is known for reopening the sexual abuse case against Epstein in 2018, a decade after his initial 2008 Florida arrest. At the time, Epstein agreed to a plea deal after being arrested for child sex offenses.
