According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Monday, March 30, Biermann, 40, asked a Georgia state judge to immediately change the pair’s current joint custody arrangement. The former football player is seeking primary custody of his and Zolciak’s children KJ, 14, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11.
