A fugitive mother – who police say was one of the most wanted drug offenders in Monroe County – has been arrested after she called police to report that her son was wielding a sword around during a violent family feud. Jerneen Nicole Green called 911 on Monday, February 23, to report that a man was wielding a katana-style sword at a home in Stock Island, Florida.
