Denise Richards' Ex Claims She's 'Stonewalling' Divorce, Owes Him $41.5K

Aaron Phypers alleged in new documents that his estranged wife, Denise Richards, is in contempt of a court order as their divorce dispute continues. Phypers, 53, claimed in docs filed on Tuesday, July 21, and obtained by Us, that Richards, 55, still owes him $41,500 in temporary spousal support and attorney fees after she was ordered to pay him $5,000 per month in February to cover costs.
