An Oklahoma police officer and his wife are accused of stealing thousands of dollars from an 82-year-old man and splurging on concert tickets and a cruise with his funds. Andrew McVicker, 28, an officer with the Alva Police Department, and Abbigale McVicker, 24, were arrested Saturday, August 29, on charges of exploitation of an elderly person and conspiracy, according to a news release issued by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation that same day.
