An ongoing lawsuit involving Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes’ steakhouse in Kansas City, Missouri, has taken a new twist before the start of the NFL season.  In new court documents obtained by Us, a sneaker company that is suing Kelce and Mahomes’ 1587 Prime pushed back at the assertion that the Kansas City Chiefs stars are not official members of the LLC used to launch the restaurant in September 2025.  1587 Sneakers sued Mahomes, 30, Kelce, 36 and their business partners, Noble 33, for trademark infringement in February.
